Smoothies are an easy and delicous way to eat fruits and vegetables. Here is how to make a smoothie you will enjoy drinking.
Choose 2-3 Fruits:
-Strawberry
-Raspberry
-Pineapple
-Blueberry
-Orange
-Banana
-Mango
-Dragonfruit
-Grapefruit
-Peach
Choose A Vegetable (optional):
-Carrots
-Beets
-Spinach
-Kale
-Zucchini
-Squash
-Cucumber
Choose 1-2 Add-ins (optional):
-Cocoa Powder
-Flax Seed
-Chia Seeds
-Cinnamon
-Ginger
-Mint
Choose 1-2 Liquids:
-Milk
-Non-Dairy Milk
-Orange Juice
-Other Fruit Juice
Step 1: Add 1-2 handfuls of each of your fruits and vegetables, depending on how strong you want each flavor.
Step 2: Add any add-ins you want. Go light on these, you can always taste and add more later
Step 3: Add 1-2 splashes of liquid for each handful of fruit/vegetable you put in.
Step 4: Blend in 2-8 second pulses until EXTREMELY smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
