Are you terrible at cooking? Do you love chocolate cake? Do you have a microwave? If so, this is the recipe for you.
This egg-free light and airy chocolate mug cake is great for a quick snack or dessert. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare and even less to eat it.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup - Flour
- 1 Rounded Tbs - Cocoa Powder
- Pinch - Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup - Sugar
- 1/2 Tbs - Butter
- 5 Tsp - Water
- 1 - Soft Caramel Candy (Optional)
1. Fill a small bowl with 5 tablespoons of room temperature water and set aside.
2. In a small mug, melt your butter and pour it into your bowl of water. In the mug, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar with a small whisk or spoon.
3. Next, combine your water and butter mixture with your flour mixture and use a fork to mix thoroughly, or until smooth.
4. Lastly, microwave the mug for 30 seconds. If you use the caramel, drop it in now. Finally, microwave for one more minute. Let it cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
