How To Make Popcorn

    Popcorn is a delicious snack to enjoy during movie night, or during the day as a fun and tasty snack! Here is how to make popcorn the easiest way!

What you need:

- Unpopped popcorn kernels
- Oil with a high smoke point (Vegetable oil works great)
- Salt (optional)
- Melted butter (optional)
- Parmasean, or any other hard cheese

Directions:

Place a tall pot on the stove on medium-high heat and add a generous drizzle of oil to the pot. The oil should cover the bottom of the pan. Add the popcorn kernels until they start falling above the level of the oil. Stir quickly and cover the pot with the lid. Let the kernels pop until there is 1-3 seconds between each pop Then take your pot off the heat and immediately pour the popcorn into a bowl. Sprinkle on the salt and drizzle on the butter. Sprinkle your cheese on top and enjoy!
