Have you ever heard or seen someone whistle? Whistling is a cool way to make sound usuing your mouth. Here is how you can learn to whistle!
1. Lick your lips. To whistle, your lips need to be moist.
2. Make a circle with your lips. Say the letter "o" and stop when your lips are in a small circle shape.
3. Blow. Keep your lips in the circle shape, and blow faster and slower until you start to hear a sound. If this doesnt work, try adjusting your circle size, thhen blow again. The speed of your air is very important. If it is to fast or slow, you wont be able to whistle.
4. Once you can whistle, practice different tones. Move your lips a very small amount while you are whistling, and see if you can get higher and lower pitches.
5. Once you can get different pitches, try whistlng some songs.
