Scrunchies have become increasingly popular in recent styles. The only problem is that sometimes these trendy accessories can be very expensive to buy. It is much more budget friendly to make them yourself!
1. Cut Your Fabric
First thing you will need to do is cut your fabric into a 16 by 3 inch strip.
2. Sew Your Fabric
Next you have to glue or sew together the bottom of your fabric. Turn your fabric so that the pattern or area you want to be shown is facing up. Fold the fabric so that the two long ends meet and sew/glue the two ends together.
3. Add Elastic
After your fabric is made into a tube shape fold it inside out so that it is pattern side out. Feed a 7 inch piece of elastic through the chanel and sew or glue the ends of the elastic together.
4. Finish Off Your Scrunchie
Finally you want to glue or sew together the ends of fabric on your scrunchie.
