How To Make Money (As A Kid)

Do you want to have all the cool stuff your friends have, but you can't afford them? Here are some easy ways to make money as a kid!

1. Reselling Cheap Items


  • Go to the dollar store and buy lots of stress balls, candy, or toys. The next day, bring your items to school and sell them for more than you bought them. Somethings can be sold for 5$ if you are a good enough salesman. You can give your friends a small discount since this may make them buy more.

  • Go to Amazon and buy large packs of trinkets. These can be found on Amazon for VERY cheap. Then sell these at school like you would do in the steps above.  

2. Take Up Small Jobs

  • Ask your neighbors if they want their lawn mowed, driveway shoveled (if its winter), leaves raked, etc.

  • You can take this up a step by making posters and putting them places to advertise your business. You can start babysitting, pet sitting, or dog walking to make even more money.

3.  Start A Business


  • Take a product idea and make it. You might need to do some testing and remake your product. Then, tell your friends and family, and sell them your product.
