Parties are awesome. They are a great way to have fun and get to know your friends. First step to throwing a party is understanding what a party is. Google defines a party as "a social gathering of invited guests, typically involving eating, and entertainment." Now that we know what a party is we can break down the basics.
First, guests. To most people this may seem easy but for those who struggle to make friends this can be tricky. Be sure to invite your closest friends first but its okay to invite people you don't know quite as well. (Quick tip) The more guests you have the more lively you party will be. Fewer guests means a chill party with less cleanup.
Next, snacks. Differen't types types of parties call for different snacks. For an exciting party such as a birthday or kids party go for a sweeter pallette. Here's a great recipe for three ingredient peanut butter cookies. For sleepover or movie parties go for more savory snacks like chips.
Finally, entertainment. Some people spend hours planning their parties. That's okay, but some of the best parties just go with the flow. The easiest way to entertain guests is turn on some music or a movie and let the party evolve.
Have fun and see you soon!
